The European navigation system Galileo developed by ESA and UE together with european industries, will start working in 2008. It will substitute and integrate the american GPS system. New business opportunities will come from Galileo data applications. Carlo Gavazzi Space is developing some project for the Galileo Joint Undertaking and is part of the Inavsat Consortium for the Galileo concession.
